Rising Star Adult Medical Day Care Center is dedicated to ensuring seniors and adults with disabilities have the care services and support that they need to live a better life. As an adult care center, we can provide you the transportation that you need to visit our facility on a regular basis, where you can meet new people, enjoy numerous activities, and receive the daily care and support that you need.
Cost of the Program
We accept Medicaid HMOs including Horizon NJ Health, Amerigroup, WellCare, and Aetna.
